A 20% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7–14 days before the tour date (adjust to your preference). For last-minute bookings (less than 7 days before the tour date), full payment is required. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
Cancellation by Client More than 14 days before the tour: Down payment is non-refundable. Other payments (if any) will be refunded. 7–14 days before the tour: 50% of total tour price will be charged. Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% of the tour price will be charged. Cancellation by Company If we are required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, force majeure, etc.), clients may choose:
a) Full refund, OR
b) Reschedule the tour (subject to availability).
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the tour date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs (e.g., seasonal rates, supplier penalty fees).

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. The Company is not liable for injuries, losses, or illnesses sustained during the tour, except where caused by proven negligence. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
Due to weather, traffic, operational issues, or safety reasons, the Company may adjust the itinerary as needed. We will always aim to provide equal or better alternatives.
The Company will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or transportation strikes.
