Booking and Payment

1. All bookings are subject to availability and require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your spot. 
2. Full payment is required 14 days before the departure date or upon arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. 
3. Prices are quoted in IDR/SGD/MYR and include only the items listed on the website under each package description. Any additional costs, such as travel insurance, visas, or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the traveler.

Refund Policy
Cancellations by the traveler must be received in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

• More than 30 days before departure: 50% refund, minus deposit.
• Less than 14 days before departure: no refund.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date or tour package. We are not responsible for any other expenses you may incur.

Changes to Itinerary

Visit Indonesia Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

Visit Indonesia Tour is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or third-party actions.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect personal information to facilitate your booking and will protect your information according to our Privacy Policy.
